What are the shooting techniques

Shooting is a famous sport, which can be interpreted as firing firearms. Firing a gun is the process by which the shooter uses the gun to accurately fire and hit a given target.
 
1. Aim
 
Aiming refers to the action of giving the axis of the firebody (the main body of the shooting weapon) a certain direction and height Angle on the horizontal and vertical planes in order to make the projectile hit the target. The action of assigning axis position to the fire body in the horizontal plane is called directional aiming. The vertical plane gives the fire body axis position action, known as high and low aiming. Proper aiming means that the shooter sees through the gap and the crosshairs with his eyes so that the crosshairs point at the center of the gap or at the center and flush with the top edge toward the target.
 
(1) Characteristics
 
Aiming is very simple. People with a little shooting knowledge know that "three points form a line". Namely: the gap along the central point, the crosshair along the central point, the target point, these three points form a line of sight. General people think: good eyesight, to see the target clearly, to aim accurate. Some people were surprised to hear that Olympic champions Xu Haifeng and Wang Yifu only had 0.4 or 0.3 vision in their dominant eyes. Good eyesight is an excellent condition for accurate shooting, but it is not an absolute condition. Good eyesight is important for fixed and supported aiming, but obviously not very important for unsupported close range shooting. The coordination and cooperation of visual supervision, the grasp of firing time, good mentality, the stability of movement and other aspects is the most critical. This is the difficulty of maintaining proper aim when firing live ammunition, and is an important feature of aiming. Therefore, gun shooting aiming, first visual supervision, that is, correct aiming; second, muscle control, that is, muscle coordination; Third, mental adjustment, that is, mental skills infiltrate into technical actions.
 
(2) Problems that should be paid attention to when aiming
 
1. Maintain the alignment of the crosshair notch. The alignment of the crosshair notch means that when aiming, the upper edge of the crosshair is in the middle of the upper edge of the notch and is kept flush. Aiming is the key action in precision shooting, and the square notch is the key point in aiming. Aiming error mainly refers to the error caused by the incorrect gap of the straightening star. The slightest deviation of the target in the gap will cause a relatively large projectile deviation, a "miss is as good as a thousand miles" trend. Because it's an angular deviation. The amount of deviation is directly d related to the distance of the shot and the length of the aiming base line of the X gun. When shooting, the aim deviation and the impact deviation are in the same direction. d is high target, high bounce; The aim is to the left, the bounce is to the left; And vice versa. d The greater the deviation of the crosshair tip in the notch, the greater the bounce deviation.
 
2, the main focus on the horizontal relationship between the target gap according to the gun aiming, the target and the gap distance from the shooter's eyes is close, about 0.6__l meters, and the target distance from the shooter is far. It is impossible for a shooter to see the target, the gap, and the target clearly at the same time. If the eyes will be crosshairs and gaps see clearly, see the target is more fuzzy; If the target is seen clearly, the crosshairs and gaps will be blurred. This is determined by the physiological structure characteristics of human eyes. Human eyes cannot make objects of different distances form focal points on the retina at the same time, but can only see an object at a certain distance clearly at a certain time. This is very similar to the photo taken by a camera, the object is clear or not clear mainly depends on whether the focal length is accurate. If the focal length of the camera is set at 1 meter, the object of the picture taken at about 1 meter will be clearer, while the object from 3 to 5 meters away will be extremely fuzzy. The opposite is also true. Therefore, we can only choose to focus on the important objects. When shooting the correct aiming situation is: the crosshair and the gap of the relationship should be seen clearly, and the target to see more fuzzy. So why do many shooters seem to see both the gap and the relationship between the target and the target when aiming? This is because the Sagittarius brain is directing the eyes to constantly change focus, making them look closer and further, and shifting again and again, as if objects at two different distances were clearly visible. In fact, it is impossible to see the clear gap and crosshairs in the distance at the same time. We emphasize the rational allocation of vision, which is often referred to as "vision recovery", "energy backward", "focus on the gap in the target", "having a real target" and so on. In the process of aiming, visual acuity before and after repeated adjustment is necessary, but not equal distribution, the main energy should focus on the horizontal relationship between the crosshair gap. If we focus on the relationship between the target and the target, we will mess up the relationship between the three. Because the target is blurred and the aiming point is not very accurate, the deviation is relatively small. Is how far the actual point of aim deviates from the correct point of aim. However, if the alignment between the crosshairs and the gap cannot be maintained because they are not clearly seen, the deviation of the projectile at the time of firing is much greater.
